Who We Are

Our company began renovating and building homes in 2012. We primarily focus our efforts on homes and land in the Middlesex County area of Massachusetts. You may view homes or photographs of homes we have either renovated or built new in Arlington, Belmont, Cambridge and Lexington.

Our goals are as follows:

Gain a detailed understanding of consumer location and home design and interior and exterior design preferences through research and speaking constantly to buyers and real estate agents in the areas where we build and renovate homes;
Apply what we learn from the above persons and forward the thoughts to our architects who incorporate them into the plans;
Use high quality materials;
Create a special feeling for each home;
We operate our homebuilding business with experienced management and construction teams who have in-depth knowledge of their particular professions.
